Operating Budget

The annual plan that outlines expected income (primarily assessments) and expenditures for the day-to-day operations of the association. The operating budget covers items such as insurance, utilities, landscaping, management fees, administrative costs, and routine maintenance. It does not include reserve contributions unless presented as a combined budget. The board adopts the operating budget annually.
